it was relaxing time in bangalow. the overall atmosphere was contemporary, but some staff members were not very friendly. the location was great and beautiful, quiet close to everything! we loved town restaurant located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had dinner there.

    Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I have stayed in the king suite with central heating, a TV set, and a seating area. The location is fantastic and stunning, to Bangalow markets.

It was a well presented and ideal hotel in a very comfortable area, not far from quaint shops, the beautiful township of Bangalow and lovely gardens. The location was excellent and beautiful, for example, Bangalow Market was within a close distance from the property.

Booked a room in their adjoining bedroom. Its location walking distance to stores and a bakery was great.

Personel are easy to deal with (very accommodating and welcoming), love the overall 'heritage/colonial' building and atmosphere and wonderful breakfast!

A Swim pool will make a nice addition

Very friendly, welcoming and engaging young staff member who greeted us and looked after us during the stay. Breakfast was good though only buffet/continental was available. Close to town. Good parking which could have been otherwise impossible on a busy market Sunday. The tea/coffee facilities and complimentary cakes are a nice touch.

Paper thin walls - we could hear every noise in the building and heard next door's conversation (at 1am) in detail. Bed was too short. Pillows too thin.

Settle for a city "cool" stay, embraced by charming old-time vibes. At Zach’s, rooms are comfy, decorated with tasteful spirit—oh, let's not forget the delicious food that had my taste buds dancing. the only hiccup was figuring out the perplexing light switches, but hey, it’s all part of the adventure. While the WiFi took a little vacation, it’s a good thing I had my travel buddy books to keep me company. Overall, a quirky stay for this tea-loving travel nut from Belgium.

Ensuite with spacious shower with shower hose. Air con for heating & cooling. Old world aura to establishment but with mod cons. Breakfast included and very tasty. Relaxed atmosphere. Tranquil grounds with creek. Saw a platypus! Parking on grounds. Great service. Use of kitchen for tea/ coffee (everything provided).

Could do with extra towel rail in bathroom. Shelf in bathroom for placing toiletries would be handy. Park bench at creek's edge would be great. Noise from passing traffic intrusive in front room.
